Steve and Becky Riggle, Senior Pastors
Steve and Becky founded Grace in 1983 with twelve people in attendance at the first service. Steve is the president of Grace International – an international fellowship of over twelve hundred churches. (for more on Grace International, click here) He has traveled nationally and internationally training pastors and ministry leaders. He also serves on the Board of Directors of King’s College and Seminary founded by Jack Hayford. Steve has a Master's degree from Oral Roberts University and a doctorate from the King's Seminary. Steve has been an active part of the business community for many years. Steve and Becky have two daughters and five grandchildren. Family interests include boating and water sports. Steve loves to play golf but only does so occasionally (all people on or near the course should be warned). You’ll find Becky at her favorite place (the mall) doing her favorite thing (shopping). |

Pastor Garrett and Andrea Booth, Associate Senior Pastors
Garrett serves as the Associate Senior Pastor at Grace and has been part of the Grace family since 1990. As part of the teaching team, Garrett is a regular communicator at Grace. He is a graduate of Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas. Garrett and Andrea married in 1997 and serve Grace together. They like relaxing at the beach, waterskiing, eating out and spending time with their kids. Garrett and Andrea have two young children – one princess and one cowboy. |

Pastor Mike and Liz Hooper, Prayer, Outreach and Pastoral Care
Mike and Liz Hooper have been in full time ministry since 1985. They were head pastors at churches in Oregon, Washington, and California. They have also served on the Grace International Department of International Ministries Board since 1993. They served on District boards in Washington and California and have also served as the District Superintendents for Northern California since 2001. Mike and Liz have a history rich with prayer, having led daily Morning Prayer meetings for many years. Mike is the Pastor of Prayer at Grace and also leads the Pastoral Care team, support groups and counseling. He oversees the Grace Mission ministry and the senior ministry (55 +) as well as Outreach. Mike and Liz bring a passion and heart for God to each of their many areas of ministry. They have raised two children who are also active in ministry. Mike Hooper, Jr. is a youth pastor for Grace’s North Campus in the Woodlands. He was previously a youth pastor in Zimbabwe, Africa and a children’s pastor in Fairfield, California. They have a daughter, Destiny, who recently graduated from high school. Mike and Liz’s motto is “Live a life of great adventure in prayer.” |

Pastor Mike and Karen Mieritz, Campus Pastors
Mike and Karen Mieritz have been part of the Grace fellowship since January of 2005. Mike is the Campus Pastor at Grace. He has also worked as Vice President at the Hartford Insurance Company leading over 500 employees in San Diego and Reno, Nevada. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Theological Studies at Regency Bible College and a two-year Bible program at Heritage Christian Center. Mike and Karen have served as a team in ministry roles over the past 12 years including leadership of small group ministries and as associate pastors in Denver Colorado. Karen manages her own business selling children’s shoes that she discovered in China while adopting their youngest daughter, Malenah. Mike and Karen have been married over 18 years and have four children. They enjoy the occasional visit to Disneyland and a Sunday watching the best football team around. |

Pastor Abner and Liza Diaz, Campus Youth & Young Adults and First Impressions
Abner and Liza Diaz have been involved with the leadership team at Grace Community Church since July of 2005. They began youth ministry in Palmdale at Lighthouse Assembly of God in 2000. Abner has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Ministries from Masters College. Prior to Grace, Abner worked for the Los Angeles County Probation Department as a Detention Services Officer. Liza has her Associate’s Degree in Liberal Studies and works as a teacher at Noah’s Park Preschool. Abner and Liza married in August of 2000 and have two wonderful boys – Isaiah and Josiah. Together, Abner and Liza lead the Youth ministry, Young Adult ministry and First Impressions team which includes ushers and greeters. In their limited free time, they enjoy spending time at the beach with their boys. |
